Vera really began her career when she joined ALICE EDWARDS REALTY, a leading boutique real estate company in Broward County. At that time, ALICE EDWARDS REALTY had the reputation of hiring only "THE BEST OF THE BEST". During her tenure there, Vera achieved the distinction of being the "Top Producer" in the company. She then joined Prudential Florida Realty in the Cooper City office and subsequently transferred to the Weston office when it was opened in 1996. Richard began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1988 in the Property Management Division and moved on to become a Senior Property Manager with Grubb & Ellis in Miami. Subsequently, Richard and a partner opened their own real estate brokerage company where they managed, leased and sold properties throughout the South Florida area for banks, insurance companies and private investors.
Richard joined Vera at Prudential Florida Realty in 1996.
